DAY 1 : Friday

Introduction to the program and mindset change from academia to industry

Technical training on IoT
- Introduction to IoT
- Interfaces Overview
- IIoT 4.0 protocols
- IoT Cloud platforms
- Time Series databases, Grafana InfluxDB

Time for some Nourishment!!!

Technical training on AI
- Introduction to AI
- DNN and CNN Basics
- Introduction to Face Detection
Face Recognition
Object Detection
Image classification components

Tea Break
Let’s freshen up before we pitch and get into teams

4:30pm

Choose your product and create a one slide pitch
Pick a product from an existing pool / Come up with your own idea (within the same scope of skills taught)

5:30pm

Pitches
Each participant pitches the chosen product idea in 1min

7:00pm

Voting and Team Formation
- Top 5 product idea proposers pitch other to join their team and teams are formed.
- Team members constitute of these skills 1)Team leader 2) Business head 3)Technical 4)Marketing (not all team will be evenly balanced in skills , this depends on the idea proposer's skills to attract right team members)

8:00pm

Wrap Up
Teams can start working on their product development

DAY 2 : Saturday

9:00am

Project Planning
- Create a product planning sheet
- Create a SCRUM board for tasks
- Divide tasks in team based on skills

12:00pm

Lunch
Time for some Nourishment!!!

1:00pm

Teams work on Idea
- Start/Continue working on product and get guided by tech mentors

4:00pm

Tea Break
Let’s take a refreshing break

4:30pm

Teams work on Idea
Continue working on product development

Wrap Up
Teams can continue into the night, but we recommend resting up ready for tomorrow!

DAY 3 : Sunday

9:00am

Continue working on product and trading of skills
- Continue working on product in teams
- Optionally each team leader can ask for help from other teams for certain skills in exchange of something he is willing to give

12:00pm

Time for some Nourishment!!!

- Continue working on product in teams
- Create final presentation for your project(gitlab template will be given)

3:30pm

Final presentation submission by teams
Submit final presentations and get ready to present your work

Presentations by teams and judging time
Each team present their product in front of Industry judges and get scored

Winner Announcement and Wrap Up
- Winner is announced based on scores and is rewarded

To assist learning, both technical mentors and experienced industry professionals join the workshop and help the student improve.

Developer leads, Project Mangers and HRs (recruitment leads) from top corporates like Microsoft, IBM, Nvidia, Infosys, Wipro, etc.

Logos are shown to represent likely companies whose employees participate in final day evaluation. Doesn’t imply endorsement. All logos belong to respective owners.
